What will Kill Bill's domestic gross be?

Now that Kill Bill has made 22 million in its opening weekend how much do you think it will make by the end of its domestic run?

Since most movies generally wind up making (theatrically speaking) about 3 times what they do on opening weekend, I think a 60 to 70 million take is about right.

It would depend on whether you count both volumes. We probably won't get the DVD of Vol. I before Vol. II comes out, so there could be a theatrical re-release of Vol. I (so you could see them back-to-back) which could add some to the total.

Bill is probably going to end up being pretty front loaded, so I'll say $60 million. All the Tarantino fans saw it last weekend, and I have my doubts as to whether it'll break out beyond the hard core. (In other words, it could be a re-run of Once Upon a Time in Mexico.)

50-60 million. Word of mouth just isn't great on it.
