Is that Robbie Coltrane in LOTR: TTT?

Right at 16:30, Saruman tells some men that the Horse-men took their land (right after the scenes with the orc creation and right after Aragorn figures out they're taking the Hobbits to Isengard), and they give a war yell. Is that Robbie Coltrane? There's someone who looks just like him to the right of Saruman.

Actually, if memory serves, that is Peter Jackson. (the Director).

Also, look for him in the first movie, belching in the rain when the hobbits enter Bree, and in TTT at Helms Deep, throwing a spear out of a window at the orcs trying to bash down the door on the long bridge.

No, I don't think it is either of the above-mentioned men. It is definitely not Peter Jackson, and I don't know why Robbie Coltrane would fly to New Zealand to show up for such a insignificant scene.
