New Office Space release - possibly anamorphic?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...602085-7935018

Office Space has never been released in the UK, and they're usually pretty good about anamorphic releases (widescreen TVs being pretty normal there). Wonder how this version will be.

"Fox Home Entertainment and Pathé Distribution Ltd have announced nine films to buy on DVD here in the UK from 6th October 2003 at the special price of £5.99 each. All titles will be available on UK Region 2 DVD for the very first time, they are:

Office Space
A Troll In Central Park
Body Shots
Bushwacked
Johnny Dangerously
Larger Than Life
No Escape
Polish Wedding
Red Sun Rising

We hope to bring you more details and artwork on these later today."

Hmm. Might also be good news for those who wanted Larger Than Life in widescreen.

Thanks to Squirrel God at The DVD Forums for confirmation.

About $8-$9 most places. Will certainly do until (if ever) the Sp Ed materialises.

R1 version has been out for years and is not anamorphic. R2 has just been released this week and is anamorphic.

What's cooler than being cool? ICE-COLD.

And, anamorphic Office Space, as I asked about in this thread.http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...t=office+space

Thanks for the info! (Trots off to Amazon.co.uk...)

Didn't realise there was a thread about this already. I posted confirmation on Bill Geiger's thread a couple of days ago:

Good price at 4.99. Also, do you have a scan of the back cover?
