Opinions wanted on Thai horror DVDs
I did a search on DVDTalk, but came up with virtually nothing on various Thai horror movies. I currently have seen Body Jumper and recently purchased it along with 999-9999. I am now interested in seeing other Thai horror (and fantasy) titles, but I really haven't found much information on them. I've read a couple of reviews, but they haven't been much help.
For the record, I think I'll pass on Nang Nak and Bangkok Haunted, two titles that I have found enough information on to base my decision. The former seems a little too romantic and not enough horror; the latter seems too long and boring without enough scares.
Here's the list I've composed. Any reviews, opinions, etc. would be great!
Krasue (a.k.a. Demonic Beauty)
Fear Faith Revenge 303
Krai Thong
Pee Hua Kard (a.k.a. The Beheaded)
Phra-Apai-Mani
Lhob Phee Phee Mai Lhob

Thanks. I should have mentioned that site in my post. I'm familiar with those reviews. They are rather brief though. I was hoping for some input from the wise folks here at DVDTalk.

Thanks to Fangoria's forums and a member's reply to my post there, I have a link for a review site that has covered some Thai horror films: www.mjsimpson.co.uk . Here are the Thai reviews on the site:
* Bizarre teen horror comedy BODY JUMPER
* Amazing flying-head-dragging-entrails historical fantasy DEMONIC BEAUTY (a.k.a. KRASUE)
* Nonzee (Three) Nimibutr’s tear-jerking romantic horror NANG NAK
* Undocumented snake-woman movie NGOO KENG KONG
* Uneven but impressive giant snake-girl horror movie THE POISON
* Jaw-dropping serpent-woman fantasy SNAKER (Thai/Cambodian co-prod)
* Excellent Pacific rim horror anthology THREE (Thai/HK/Korean co-prod)
I'll most likely get Krasue, The Poison and Three from the list of his reviews. I might purchase Nang Nak anyway after reading his thorough review.
If you have any interest in Thai horror, I'd recommend checking out his reviews. Beware of spoilers though.
