I think they are missing the slipcover but the case artwork is close to the same. I will know soon when my R3 copy of Men In Black supberbit arrives from them. I ordered it over a week ago.

I got Hollow Man from them a while back. It does indeed have the silver slipcover, although it is a bit flimsier than the R1 version, which has some double-thickness card. Also, although it is the 2-disc set, its simply listed as "Superbit" instead of "Superbit Deluxe" - but rest assured, its all there.

I got a slipcover with my Men In Black. Everything is similar. They are reliable and when you go to the site, go to search and type in superbit. As far as reliablity...yes, very!

From what I've heard on this board the content of the discs is exactly the same. The only thing that differs slightly is the case.

Hello!

If you use the following link you will get on the UK-Site of CD-WOW and each DVD will be 1 GBP (1,60 US $) off:

http://www.cd-wow.com/promotion.php?...27-70423-39833

There's also a second link - use it and you will get a 1,50 GBP (2,40 US $) voucher:

http://www5.cd-wow.com/promotion.php..._0&affid=12594

Both vouchers can be used on one order. Simply click the first link, make your order and fill in the voucher-code from the second link when you checkout. That's how you can save 2,50 GBP =4 US $

EDIT: I just saw that prices differ between the US- and the UK-Site. Nevertheless: After using the posted links

The Patriot
Hollowman
Panic Room are at 12 US $,

Vertical Limit and Dracula are even cheaper.

Hope, I could help a bit.

BTW: I'm new here. Please excuse my poor English, I'm from Germany.

Wow, it would really suck if Columbia had just started enforcing the region code on those things...

According to what you provided....

the first link = $14.27 for The Patriot (I paid $13.95 using my link)
$12.68 for Dracula ($12.95 using my link). However, it is only good for 1 DVD. Once you click buy, the prices go back to normal, yet the one you choose to buy still has the discount price.

However, I used Xe.com to do the currency conversion from the pound to the dollar...and sometimes sites don't follow that. Overall, there are only pennies differences.

the second link = $13.48 for Patriot (again used xe.com to convert and again, if they follow the same currency amount that xe has, about 45+ cents difference).

Thanks for the codes. I'll be using those in the future.

I went and combined and it was a nice savings. I am not going to complain over a buck or two... but next time I will be using those!!!

It says on the page below this link:
http://www.mastercard.com/specialoff...rd/143801.html

No small print, just a great offer! Price excludes double albums.
Offer Expires Dec 31, 2002

Is it a typo?

Not a typo per se, the deal existed long before Dec 31, 2002 and just never expired. No one knows why, and no one had better ask either else they might expire it immediately.

Sorry! When I posted the links, I thought you would save more using my links, as the differences between the prices of the UK- and the german site are much greater.

Concerning the first link: It's only good for one DVD per order. But if you delete your cookies, it will work on the next order again.
Concerning the second link: If you have more than one mail-account, you will be able to get one voucher per each addy you have.

Can't stop myself. Adding Das Boot and probably others. Thanks Bill. My wife will probably ban me from reading your posts.
