TATTOO-A German Se7en?
Has anyone seen this and can review it?
http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/ASI...108297-0148003
Does this version have English subtitiles?
I noticed that this one does:

But it is a single disc with a different cover.

The German one does not have subtitles - the other one you mentioned is a Spanish version of the film. Don't know how good the flick is yet - I have it on order for just 10 Euro (it's cheap at amazon.de)

I'm not sure where you're from litza, but this film actually played in the U.S., on the arthouse circuit, just a few months back. Reason I bring that up is, much like DAS EXPERIMENT, which also did the arthouse circuit, I would expect TATTOO to get an R1 DVD release some time next year, if you can wait.
The film is interesting and worth a look, but the comparisons to SE7EN, which the flick always receives, are a little overdone. At the end of the day, SE7EN actually had something fresh (and wonderfully horrible) to say. This film, as intense as it is in some scenes, ultimately, can't find anything new to say.

We have reviewed Tartan's May 24th UK region 2 release of the superb German thriller Tattoo here.
Snippet:
This is a dark and broody thriller from a country that hasn’t made films like this for some time. With effective use of shadows and noises and a modern look and soundtrack, the film is both hip and gripping at the same time. The DVD has three excellent audio tracks, to suit all systems and an excellent image, along with a few interesting extras. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes their Se7en-style thrillers. Even those that don’t like subtitles should give Tattoo a shot – you might be surprised at just how good it is.

"Tattoo" is a pretty good movie with excellent performances from the leads and some gorgeous camerawork.
Its only major problem is that the killer is pretty easy to foresee...
Definitely recommended!

Anyway, I've got to wait for reviews.... Is there any good German DVD review site?
