The Dead Milkmen: Philadelphia In Love - Video Compilation

...coming soon (10/28/03) to a DVD near you!

Haven't found a whole lot of information on it yet, but here's what DVDPlanet says about it:

Synopsis: From screwball comedy to trippy hallucinations to gritty street locations, the Dead Milkmen ran the gamut of live action animation and colorful crayon confusion, with a small side dish of stir-fried noir dread... this is the essential Dead Milkmen music video compilation!

Special Features: Noises In The Night - TV News Segment; Home movies - Smokin' Banana Peels video shoot; The Making of the Making of Punk Rock Girl.

Deep Discount DVD currently has the best price on it - $8.98, and free shipping. I don't know about anyone else here, but this'll sure take me back to high school!

I'm there!
They are/were just about one of my favorite bands, and one of my favorite live shows also.
Besides, 8.98? Spend more than that eating lunch sometimes. I can go lunchless for a day or two

They have the cover posted at http://www.deadmilkmen.com/ , and say 'will post more details later.'

FWIW, the link in your post took me right back to DVDtalk.

Cool! They had kind of slipped off of my radar and this thread revived my interest. Checked out their webpage and saw that they have a new rarities compilation out - Now We Are 20. I figured it would just be a rehash of their fan club-only Now We Are 10 CD that I got back in high school (their newsletter was great). Looks like it's that CD plus a bunch of other stuff!

BTW, the last time I went to visit my friend in Philly I stopped in Zipperhead and no DM t-shirts. What a travesty.

Got it here....it's everything the website claims it to be, and more. Except for more.

I definitely enjoyed it!
