You mention that there are three commentaries, but only list two. Who are on the other commentary?

I just reviewed this one myself, and there's something of a surprise to be found among the commentaries. Here's the listing:
1) Director James Foley
2) Writer Doug Jung
3) Actors Ed Burns, Rachel Weisz, Dustin Hoffman, and Andy Garcia
Hoffman and Garcia join the party well into the third commentary, but their comments--particularly Hoffman's--are quite entertaining.
