Nick Danger

A guy gets out of prison. He wants to go straight, but no one gives him a chance. An old associate of his is bugging him to do a job together. Finally, his girl tells him not to answer the phone. But this time the phone call is the police, trying to determine if he's home. Since he doesn't answer, they decide he isn't, just at the same time as a murder happens.
