The Man Show 8/31/03
This week's Man Show was a step backward.
Magical Negro is just downright LAME! It's not funny. Period. They really need to dump this bit and fast.
Gay Band Audition wasn't bad. But it felt kind of forced. That's the one bit that I actually liked this week.
The breast implant part was "decent" at best. That's something that Adam and Jimmy would probably pull off alot better.
Doug's Mom Reviews Porn is lame. That really needs to go.
They actually squeezed a few more Q&A's this week.
I don't know. They really need some better writing. I'm hoping they didn't think Magical Negro was the best bit they could come up with because if it is, the Man Show is in trouble.

yeah, who's brilliant idea was it to replace two guys who OWNED that show. You can't adam and jimmy, not with anyone. I caught it, and laughed twice. My girlfriend said it was especially dumb.

Joe Rogan can't do comedy. They don't even write their own material like Adam and Jimmy, so they can't pull it off near as well. The skits look too much like skits.
Adam and Jimmy...sperm testing...seemed like it was half skit and half ad libbing and cracking jokes.
Joe and Doug...urine test...all skit, unfunny, and they relied on the 3rd guy for all the jokes. It didn't seem like there was any realism.
