No big surprise with not much new competition for Jeepers Creepers 2, but some interesting shuffling at the top of the list. BIG drop for Freddy vs. Jason. I guess everybody went to that right away. Freaky Friday also jumped back ahead of SWAT. Interesting.

The only thing that interests me on that list is I REEEEAAALLYYY want Pirates of the Caribean to overtake the awful Matrix: Reloaded in final box office gross. And I think it is pretty close to doing it. I find it pretty amazing how long it's been out & it's till #5.

$15M would be an impressive take for the Creeper.

It's a shame such a bad movie is #1. Personanally I'd rather watch Battlefield Earth This means there's gonna be yet another sequel to pound yet another franchise into the ground.

Damn. I bet my boss Freddy & Jason would keep on top for another weekend. I guess the town isn't big enough for two horror films.

I went to see Pirates again today and the theater was half full, whihc is pretty good for a movie that's been out almost a couple of months, especially these days.

The Italian Job re-release looks like it'll do its job of helping the movie past the $100 mil mark. Freddy vs Jason should at least make it to $80-85 mil, but $100 mil is probably out of the question. And Marci X... damn! $51,000 on 1200 screens... $42 a screen. They obviously knew they had a stinker with the 1200-screen opening. I'm surprised they even bothered with that many screens.
