24: Season 2 Marathon (Sept 1st - FX)

FX will show the complete Season Two of 24 this Monday (September 1st) starting at 12:00AM.

24 Marathon - 1440 min.

Labor Day is no day off for Jack Bauer in this 24-hour airing of the series' second season, as the federal agent (Kiefer Sutherland) tries to save L.A. from nuclear annihilation.

Ok, am I the only one that thinks FX is screwing this up? Season 2 has the clock ticker starting at 8:00am. THAT'S when the marathon should begin.

But if they do it this way, then we can all play the "Kim does something stupid" drinking game! If it started at 8, damn man, we'd all have slept and that'd be too early...

Course, you'll be out cold after about two hours playing that game, anyway...but still...

Damn, never got to see Season Two, was waiting for a marathon like this. Got my Tivo all set up and realized about 15 episodes in that it was set to only save 5 episodes, so the newer ones were overwriting the older ones. Guess I'll have to get that DVD set...

Anyone know if they are going to do the same thing with Season One?

If your talking about a marathon then I'd say no. They did the marathon for season one on Labor Day last year.

They did a marathon of Season One last Labor Day. No plans to re-air it or Season Two ala a marathon so unless someone (FX probably since they have aired the marathons) picks up the series and shows it daily-you have to go with the DVD's.

LB...

I Tivo'd (if that's a word) the entire marathon simply because I want to write a paper about the show but don't want to shell out the $$$ for the DVD. Now part of me would rather rent the stupid DVD's than transfer everything to tapes (how lazy can one person be?)
