Need help with RE: Gray's Anatomy

I've decided I need this book, so I went on to Amazon.com for some research. I read some reviews that said some versions were reprintings of an old edition, and therefore aren't accurate according to today's knowledge. I'd like to know if anyone knows anything about this, and, if so, what version should I get? The $12 one that I found in Barnes and Noble looked pretty good, but if it's not correct, then I don't think it's worth it. Thanks.

Well, just make sure you don't accidently pick up the one by Spaulding Gray.
