Ripped Off By DVDHorizon
I ordered that elusive "Amelie" French biscuit tin set from DVDHorizon.net in December 2001. As you know, the set quickly went out of print and it was backordered virtually everywhere. DVDHorizon charged $63 USD to my credit card but never shipped out the set. I wrote numerous e-mails to DVDHorizon (in French even) during the past year and half, and all of them were ignored. I still haven't managed to get a refund for the set.
I also ordered the same "Amelie" set from Cinestore.com , which ran out of stock as well. The people there promptly responded to my e-mails and issued a money order refund a month later.
Anybody else with bad experience shopping at DVDHorizon? Any suggestion as to what I should do?

I contacted my bank (which issued the Visa card) 3 months after the sale, but apparently they would only void the transaction within 2 months. I waited that long because I was hoping that maybe it was shipped using surface mail and it would take a while to arrive.
