Thanks Pac Rat.I have been recording NFL team highlight films off of ESPN and ESPN2 since 1984(nearly have them all).I am looking for the earlier films.Maybe someday NFL Films will release all the highlight films on DVD(would love to see the AFL films).

I always get goose pimples watching the 1969 Minnesota Vikings highlight film-especially in the snow at Tiger Stadium-the defense throwing the ball around like a hot potato.I would also like to see complete games but from defunct(ABA,WHA,USFL,WFL) leagues anytime.I don't see a market on DVD for it-however.

dvd-4-life-
Do you get Empire Sports Network? They air a NFL Films style, half-hour program called Golden Sports presents "Pro Football Spotlight". Each week they have a team from the 50's or 60's. Good show. Kind of dated, and not at the same level as NFL FILMS, but if you like nostalgia it's a good program. Golden Sports does other sports too- World Series, ollege football, et al.

ESPN Classic is one of the channels that Tivo was made for. It always finds those old hockey games that I love to watch again.
