The movie is about a boy who's name is Peter, I think. His sister is partially deaf and him and his friends make a rocket. They train these other kids, so they can make it in outerspace. Later in the movie the boys father is talking with the boys mom outside and the father pulls a star out of the sky and holds it in his hand. I think this movie is called something like "Once Upon A Blue Moon", or something like this. I would appreciate it if someone would tell me if they know what this movie is called or if they have seen it before.
