I used my Jedi name: Carbri Tilok
To get yours simply take:
The first 3 letters of your last name + the first 2 (or up to the first vowel) letters of your first name
Take the first 3 letters of your mothers maiden name + the first 2 letters of your city(or the city you were born in)
