Tuesday nights are getting insane!
Last night was pretty insane in terms of programming on Tuesday for me:
ESPN: World Series of Poker
ESPN: This is SportsCenter
FOX: American Juniors
FOX: Paradise Hotel
FX: Nip/Tuck
MTV: The Real World
A&E: MI-5
CBS: Big Brother
NBC: Last Comic Standing

I was surprised by the new episode of WSOP after the rerun at 8 p.m. (Beg Borrow and Deal was listed in the 9 p.m. slot), so I wound up watching WSOP at 9 p.m. I still can't believe that Moneymaker knocked out Humberto by drawing an 8 on the turn with Humberto holding pocket aces (Moneymaker was holding pocket 8s and went all in on it).

That's what 'Quick Skip' is for.

I watched "MI-5" for the first time last night.

My complaint is the loss of card playage. It's bad enough that 30 minutes of each day is devoted to silly retrospectives; wasting another 5 minutes explaining the rules doesn't leave much room.

True. However I love the expanded coverage this year so I can't really complain.

Actually, Tuesday will be rather benign for me, particularly since Smallville and JAG got moved and Fearless is getting pushed back to midseason. The only Tuesday shows that are on my watch-list are 8 Simple Rules, NYPD Blue, and L&O SVU (unless Nip/Tuck continues in the fall). I'll catch Real World sometime else during the week. I might pick up The Guardian.
Wednesday will be my worst night for conflicts by far.

Hey, there's only 2 weeks left (counting this week) for American Juniors, so there's that.
I had 3 PVRs and a VCR going last night. It was a busy night!

Is this a sat box or regular unit? I hate sat and will never use one. Does Replay have a dual tuner as well? I can only find a 2 tuner sat tivo, nothing else.

question I found this off the replay tv website
Conflict Resolver If you have two conflicting shows set to record, a message will appear on the screen and ask you which show you want to record. Simply select the show you want to record and you are done. The other show will get postponed. It's that easy!
does that mean that both will eventually get recorded or does it mean, you can only do one and one only?

• Quoth Rypro 525 •
I hate sat to more in fact that there are 7 tv's in the house, and you can only watch one program at a time (well 2 with a duel reciever) so wouldn't it be wierd to have 3 sat dishes around the house?

You only need one dish with multiple receivers, and unless you're watching an analog signal, you'll need multiple receivers no matter what. Welcome to the digital age.

damn, the times have changed, our family had the big cluncky 60 foot dishes (and you had to get channels individually), and as well, the sports channels (fox sports/prime sports at the time) became ppv after a while, they were free for a while.
