Anyone remember this video?
The song came out about 1994.
It's very vague in my memory, so this is a long shot, but...
It had some brunette girl singing in a high voice and she had dental braces on. I think she may have been jumping on a trampoline or licking a lolipop, but not sure. Name of the band was something very short, like Pole (but that's not it) or something similar.
Driving me nuts trying to remember this...

I saw them open for Tricky a few years ago. They were really good live actually...blew Tricky off stage.
You should be able to find their albums very cheaply at any used cd store...

You can find the video at launch.com. I don't think you can save it though, and the quality is pretty terrible.
