I also thought Panic Room's titles were amazing. When I saw them, I sort of felt vertigo, they looked so damn good.
Superman's were also awesome.
I really don't like Fight Clubs or X-Mens, they are so similar, and unsatisfying (yes, even though FCs had a meaning behind it, I still thought it was pretty bad).

Lord of the Rings was also pretty awesome. I just loved how Lord of the Rings crept out of the darkness, and the entire into was just awesome.

I always loved the main title sequence for Alien. Although it wasn't until I saw the movie on DVD that I was able to see the entire title.

Aliens is cool too, but not as good as Alien.

Definitely Gone With the Wind.
Almost Famous has a very simplistic, but very impressive and hilarious opening credit.
