Does anyone know if Terminator 2 is the Xtreme DVD? If it is, I'm sold but at that price I may pick it up anyway.

It is not the extreme version. It's a region 2 PAL release, which I assume is ok for you.
I've heard it's not quite as good as the R1 release (eg. no mono soundtrack). Don't know any more than that sorry.
