Remo Williams Region 2
Hey all,
I just read the review of Remo Williams for region 1, and it mentioned an anamorphic region 2 release, anyone know anything on this? I cannot find it for sale or preorder.

There's a pretty lengthy discussion about it over at Home Theater Forum on this disc. I have the R2 Japan disc and it's widescreen and anamorphic with removable subtitles. You can pick it up at CD Japan for 2,500 yen (about US$21)

CDJapan says it's out of print. Amazon.co.jp has it though.
For a comparison of the two releases, go to DVDBeaver.
I personally prefer the framing on the widescreen. However, the foolscreen looks sharper, as the review notes. The Japanese menus are suck though.
