Soderbergh's Schizopolis to come out this fall!

Soderbergh to Interview Soderbergh for Schizopolis
An audio commentary featuring esteemed director Steven Soderbergh interviewing esteemed director Steven Soderbergh will appear on Criterion's upcoming DVD edition of his 1996 smash hit, Schizopolis. In the interview, Soderbergh discusses his meteoric rise to fame and his continued vitality and importance in the world of contemporary cinema. Look for Criterion’s Schizopolis this fall.
In other criterion news, they are releasing several Merchant/Ivory films later this year and next year. Included in this year are:
The Europeans (1979), starring Lee Remick, and The Bostonians (1984), starring Christopher Reeveand Vanessa Redgrave. Bombay Talkie (1970), Heat and Dust (1983), Maurice (1987), and Quartet (1981)
I can't wait for Schizopolis. It's one of the two or three Soderbergh movies I haven't seen yet.

Schizopolis Criterion Collection DVD
It seems that Schizopolis will finally be released on Region 1 DVD! The brochure in Criterion's new Throne of Blood DVD contains a list of upcoming DVD titles that have been given catalogue numbers and Schizopolis is listed as number 199. Thanks to both Adum and Justin for the info!
