Alien Nation
I took this one out of the library just for the hell of it, and was pleasantly suprised. I haven't seen this one for quite a while, and don't remember it looking this good even in the theaters. A quite excellent anamorphic transfer. I think I'll be buying it.
Any chance the TV series will be coming on DVD any time soon? Sci-Fi used to rerun this occasionally, but in the last year they seemed to cut back on the running of quality shows.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that.
Unfortunately this isn't very good news, because other than the first DVD, I'm not willing to pay the outrageous prices Columbia House charges.
What are the prospects of it hitting retail?

Sadly, I'd say the prospects for getting the show beyond that meager offering is slim. It's a cult show that although cool, was not a critical or financial success.

DVD Talk Limited Edition
Wow I didn't know CH offered Alien Nation. I might have to shell out the $$$ for this. There were only 22 episodes not counting the movies.
