Yah, a lot of people had problems with their accounts. They were charging wrong credit cards, shipping orders in seperate and charging full shipping, charging wrong prices and taking FOREVER and a day. All of these things i've read about and all 4 have happened to me :-P

Yeah, I got my Umberto D today.
I also had the other four things happen to me. I wasn't going to order from them again except they had that coupon for preordering.
They didn't send an advance shipping e-mail, though, for either this or ALI: FEAR EATS THE SOUL. I guess it's a fair trade, though, for not having to inform them they overcharged.
