DVD Upgrade for 2003 Land Cruiser
I just bought a new Land Cruiser and was wondering what the latest version of the software is? The dealer/parts department tells me that because the car is a 2003 that it automatically has the latest software installed. In logically thinking though, who knows how long the Navigation system had been sitting on a shelf before it was installed in the car. The only information I got out of the parts department is that they look at their parts list and it says 2003. When I query the DVD in the navigation it tells me I am running version V02.1, but does not reference 2003? Anyone able to help me as I am unable to find anything listed on the web for it. Are you having a problem with the firmware version that is currently installed?
Sounds like you probably have the latest firmare available for your vehicle.
