Broke down and bought all 4 seasons of "Friends"
Love the show, even bought the "Best of" seasons 1 and 2. Originally I thought the sydication would be enough, but the video quality and sound on the best of sets sold me. And now you can get the series for a little over a buck per episode, so I figured what the heck. Anybody else thought this way?

Yeah, I'm seriously thinking of buying all the seasons at the moment. I swore I never would because there's just too many of them but they have great re-watchability - you can just jump in and stick any episode on.

If you love the show, how is it 'breaking down'? Don't deny yourself the movies and shows you love. It's not CRACK, for God's sake.
Though by the cost, you'd never tell.

Season 4 comes out on the 15th. Next week. They've stepped up the releases to three a year instead of two a year. Now it's running on an April/July/September schedule instead of April/September.

I've bought each season as soon as it's come out. I got season 1 for $42, thanks to a misprice at DVDPlanet, but season 2 cost me $50. I'm SO glad they decided to reduce the SRP, and speed up the release schedule! I'm hoping to get season 4 next week for my birthday.

Season 1-$34.95
Season 2-$34.95
Season 3-$22.95
I don't like the gap between the September and April release...but I am glad it's three a year...
Also, happy birthday! Mine's the 15th...

I ordered the sets from Amazon. Seasons one and two were app $29 if you buy the pair and three and four preorder were a bit over $30. Free shipping and no tax. I've had friends complain that the "free" shipping is slow, but it always arrives within a week or so of ordering if the products are in stock.
Now if we could only get Andy Griffith show, Married w/ Children, Buck Rogers and more Sanford and Son.
