Problems with mySONY (BHD: Deluxe DVD)
So here's the deal...I ordered two copies, same order, several weeks ago for the Black Hawk Down Deluxe DVD for $16 each.
I emailed and called them and told them I still hadn't received my second copy of BHD yesterday. I was billed for both on my credit card the other day...makes no sense receiving one copy when I clearly ordered two.
The guy (customer service rep) said he'd check with his supervisor/manager and see what he could do. Either way, I'm pretty fed up as it's been a good 7-10 days since I received the first copy of the BHD dvd.
Anyone have any advice? I'm sick of dealing with the customer service rep, need to give a piece of mind to someone who'll actually fix the problem.

You'll get it. Give them another call and find out when they shipped it out. My one copy arrived damaged. I called and they said that they would ship out a replacement right away. Two weeks go by and I call them again. They told me that the replacement shipped out that very morning. Another week and a half passes and I'm ready to call and complain again. Then lo and behold, it shows up in the mail today. I think that they were overwhelmed on orders for this title and had to wait for another supply to fill all orders.
