CDUniverse stocks virtually everything released, and has some of the best prices around. The inventory at DeepDiscount is not quite as extensive, but its service and prices are arguably second-to-none, at least in my experience.

Check the invaluable dvdpricesearch.com , compare prices, note vendors' overall ratings, read customer reviews, and make your decision accordingly.

I ordered two CDs that were being released the next Tuesday. I used the priority mail option and got them on Wednesday. And they take PayPal too.
