The Japanese think it's okay to pay $30-$40 for a CD. They also think it's okay to pay $80-$100 for a DVD or VHS.

Though you may be tempted, any releases under around $30, or having any mention of EverAnime are Taiwanese bootlegs. Don't touch them with a ten foot pole.

I think the Zelda Wind Waker music absolutely sucks. Granted, I'm not that far into the game (I'm in the first dungeon that makes use of the deku leaf). The music is uninspired and unmemorable. Probably one of the worst soundtracks I've heard on any action/RPG.

Hopefully the music gets better, but I'm not keeping my hopes up. No voice acting in this game either. Overall sound in this game is so poor. I like the graphics and gameplay tho.

Amen brotha. The best tune in Wind Waker is the remix of the castle theme from LttP.

Well.. I wouldn't say the music sucks, it's simply not memorable. Most of the tunes are ambient, which is alright.. just different (although I think for the most parts, the dungeon musics in all Zeldas games have been pretty ambient). No voice acting is a GOOD thing. Not that a game with good voice acting/direction is bad, I just find it better in this style of game to use your imagination and place your own voice to the characters. I've always felt that reading the dialouge and such was part of the whole "adventure/rpg" game experience. Then again I could just be strange.

And due to that, Beedle has a high whiny Oversensitive-Nathan-Lane-In-Birdcage voice...

At least it's not like that god-awful mumbling in Animal Crossing... that's why I play the game muted with CNN on in the background...

I agree. I know its not the same genre, but I think that they dropped the ball in Super Mario Sunshine by giving
Spoiler:
Bowser
a voice.

Word. I would buy the soundtrack for that piece alone!
