Can I recharge my GBA in Europe?

Can you recharge a US GBA SP if you have the right power connector or do I need a voltage converter.

Probably need a voltage convertor.

Although I suppose you can try this at your own risk... when we were staying in Europe, my brother was trying to recharge his camera batteries, and none of the convertors worked with his charger. Finally he figured out that if he used the electric razor recharger plugin (the one that says "DO NOT PLUG IN ANYTHING THAT'S NOT AN ELECTRIC RAZOR CHARGER"), he was actually able to charge up his batteries

Not only do you need a converter, but you'll also need adapters as the prongs are different at Europe, besides being 220 V.
