Jedi Academy IS LIVE BABY!
whoo hoo!
Im a big fan of Jedi Outcast for the xbox and think it was an overlooked title for it, granted it did come out for the PC before it hit the box it is still a game worth playing..
Heres part of the article that confims that Jedi Academy will be on xbox live this fall:
"Brett Toasti, who was the LucasArts producer of Jedi Outcast, is also producing Jedi Academy. Before anyone else asks, Brett informed us that there will not be a cooperative single player aspect; however, Kyle may join the action to lend a hand. As for the multiplayer aspect of Jedi Academy, the pace of fighting is much faster. Traditional deathmatch and capture the flag games will be offered, but one new multiplayer mode that should catch on amongst the community is Siege Mode. Brett later went on to compare the individual roles of players as similar to that of Wolfenstein while missions objectives felt like Counter-Strike. Aside from being a regular Jedi Knight, you can also choose other roles like infantry, rebel trooper, or demolitionist. Xbox players will be happy to hear that Jedi Academy will support multiplayer action via Xbox Live."
