Foo Fighters Announce Opening Acts

Foo Fighters are happy to announce that we have some great bands who will be joining us for dates on this upcoming tour.

Chevelle - http://www.chevelleinc.com
On these dates: 5/25, 5/26, 5/27, 5/29
If you haven't gotten the record, check it out. These guys find some heavy **** down below, they know a good taco riff when they play one, and they ain't afraid to hang on it for more than 5 seconds too so you can get your groove on. Sometimes they play with shirts off too ladies, and the singer always has his foot on this tool box. It's rad.

The Jealous Sound - http://www.jealoussound.com
On these dates: 5/25, 5/26, 5/27, 5/29, 5/30
Honest, revealing, expansive, emotional... we didn't come up with those words, rock critics did. But they seem to fit. If you are looking for rock from people who have enough experience to mean it, here's your band. And dude, the drummer was in Jawbox AND Shudder to Think!

The Special Goodness - http://www.thespecialgoodness.com
On these dates: 6/1, 6/2, 6/4, 6/5, 6/7, 6/9, 6/11
Who said drummers can't sing? This is another special three peice who simply are ****ing good. No pyrotechnics here boys, just quirky riff-work from a guy named Pat. Again, dude, the drummer was in Rocket From the Crypt, another band you should check out if you've been living under a rock for the past ten years.

Pete Yorn - http://www.peteyorn.com
On these dates: 6/2, 6/4, 6/5, 6/9, 6/11, 6/30
Yorn again. "The return of a welcome friend, occasioning a flood of nostalgic reminiscences." Yeah, that sounds good to us. What can we say. Pete rules.

Be nice if they'd take Rocket From The Crypt out again!
