I had been waiting to get this game and at 14.99 it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It is almost criminal that this game got brushed over. Great gameplay, great balance, 18 teams, 40 + arrenas, 80+ players, stat boost in the form of drugs, cussing, ton of unlockables.

I haven't been able to put it down. If you like sports or action games buy this game!

Plus the multiplayer is awesome, oh and did I mention custom soundtracks?

I sound like a damn pr guy.

Yeah this a great "Game Night" game with friends!
My friends bring over their x-boxes and we game up some 8 player deathrow!
I actually own 4 copies of it and will pick up more when I see it cheap in price.
Someday I will have 8 individual copies for my networked Xbox Basement!!! Muahahaha!

2 xboxes down 6 more to go!

Any coupons for new games? I'm thinking of picking this up, but am wary about used games.

The game looks like fun, I love original ideas for games, and reviews for it make it seem good. The price is great too. The only trouble I have with it is all the foul language. I mean, I don't mind some swearing here and there, but this game seems to be in a league of its own. So I won't be buying it. If they had a way to bleep out all the cuss words, then I'd buy it no problem.

Thanks for the heads-up. I picked it up yesterday at my local ebgames.

It's definitely alot of fun. I agree, with a previous poster, they definitely limited their audience by using the strong profanity. I guess that's part of the appeal for some gamers. There should be a toggle on/off so you can use less offensive taunts.

Any news on a Deathrow 2 with XBOX Live support?

Which view do you guys prefer? the overhead sports arena? or the closer 3rd person view?

There really isn't that much swearing, if you fight a lot I would say you hear about 6 muffled swears a game. Once you are in the heat of the battle you hardly notice.

the close third person view is definatly the way to go

The thing is I would love to play this game with my daughter and my nephews but hearing the words "Mother*****er" over my HT in 5.1 just once would be one time too many.

It's alright for me to kick my daughter's ass into a bloody pulp but the profanity has got to go.

I think there's an option to shut off the profanity...
