DeepDiscountDVD - UN-SEALED DVD shipment??

I just got my DDD order today. But it was definately not sealed like it normally is. No tape, no shrinkwrap...no anything. It did have the DVD and inserts however. And the plastic on the DVD case has been damaged in several places. Why is that? And has this happened to anyone else??

Cpham03,

I am sorry that you received opened merchandise from DeepDiscountDVD.com. This should never happen and I would like to investigate it further.

Would you please contact me at [email protected] with your name and order number so that I may try and find out exactly what caused this error?

We will obviously send out a new DVD as quickly as possible.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Sincerely,

David Barker

Sort of strange having two different highly respected online stores being accused of selling open and used products in this forum recently. In this case DDD and the other DVDEmpire. I never had a problem with either selling an open or used DVD. Hopefully this is an isolated incident.
