Does Sim City 4 have language options?
I got my hands on a bunch of legitimate software titles, all from China. For the most part, the games I got were in english, but not so for my sim games. I don't suppose there is a language option in the game? I looked, but had trouble navigating thru the chinese menus.

if someone with the english version wants to help me, please run regedit and find this string.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Maxis\SimCity 4\1.0
then tell me the value under language. It should be some # in hex.
