I think it's just an extended delay due to their recent move.
It also took a little longer than they had estimated to get the QuoteMachine going again, but that's back now.
Maybe they'll issue some new coupons for the used section when it's working again.
In my experience, DigitalEyes has been a great place to deal with.

Needs to contact an admin about multiple accounts
I hope they get their act together soon. They owe me a lot of money from a shipment I sent them. They received it 6 weeks ago, sent me an email accepting the whole thing 2 weeks ago, and have not made the deposit in my paypal account yet.
