I remember the scene that you are talking about, but can't recall the song offhand. I'll take a look (and listen) at the DVD and if I know the song, I'll let you know.

Apparently Mariah Carrey did a version of it as well.
WITHOUT YOU
Harry Nilsson
(Written by Ham-Evans (of Badfinger))
No, I can't forget this evening
Or your face as you were leaving
But I guess that's just the way the story goes
You always smile but in your eyes your sorrow shows
Yes, it shows
No, I can't forget tomorrorow
When I think of all my sorrows
When I had you there but then I let you go
And now it's only fair that I should let you know
What you should know
I can't live if living is without you
I can't live, I can't give any more
Can't live if living is without you
I can't give, I can't give any more
No, I can't forget this evening
Or your face as you were leaving
But I guess that's just the way the story goes
You always smile but in your eyes your sorrow shows
Yes, it shows
Can't live if living is without you
I can't live, I can't give anymore

Can't live, I can't give anymore

Without You is the song that plays during the suicide, not after it. Thanks for the reply, though.
Edit: "All By Myself" is not it.

Without You is the suicide scene, and the scene where Sean Bateman punches Laura, the song playing IS on the soundtrack.
It's 'tomandandy - Snow Theater/Final Steps'
It plays at 1:43 in the song.

Naw..it's not on the soundtrack. That part of Snow Theater/Final Steps plays when Lauren goes to visit Victor after he returns from Europe, and he doesn't remember her.
Anyone else?

I know the piece you mean. The one that's got the female voice going "Oooo Oooo Oooo Oooooo" at the beginning, starts on the shot of Laura riding the skateboard, right. If it's not on the soundtrack I'm assuming it's just some incidental music that tomandany whipped up. Maybe look to see if they have a website that might contain more information about the music they did for ROA.
