New Pilotwings GC from Factor 5!

The great GC news just doesn't stop! The following is from GameSpot.com:
GameSpot has learned that Factor 5, the development team behind the Rogue Squadron and Rogue Leader games for the Nintendo 64 and GameCube, is indeed working on a new Pilotwings game for the GameCube. While Nintendo has no official comment, the game is expected to be shown in some form either at E3 or at Nintendo's Space World conference, which will be held in August.

Yep, Pilotwings 64 was a launch title, along with Mario 64.

I didn't like the first two games, so I doubt this one will interest me either.

I liked Pilotwings 64 but I did not like Rogue Leader for the Cube so I will have to wait and rent.

I loved Pilotwings 64. Once i unlocked it i could play the mode where you were a birdman and you just flew around the city at different times of day taking pictures and saving them to the memory card for hours. The game, especially that mode, kind of lulled me into a nice calm state - loved it. Hopefully the new one has something like that that kind of captures the "fun" of the early flight simulators without making it all hectic and chaotic or so "sim" that it is no longer fun.
