PS2/GC ports to Xbox question??

I love Contra and I was wondering PS2 Contra: Shattered Soldier could make it to the Xbox?

And.....

I like shooters and there is a Gamecube game called Ikaruga. Could this game also be ported to xbox?

First one is possible but not likely.

Second one.. we're lucky it made it to USA at all..
