Nnnnnnnnnnnoooooooooooooo!

I thought the first one was a (well-deserved) financial failure? When I got around to seeing it at a friend's house on cable, it was even worse than I'd expected.

Sheesh.

lol, i didn't think the first was that bad. at least the first wasn't so good that a bad sequel will hurt the quality of its greater original.

I think the first movie is a guilty pleasure for me. Kind of wish i had the DVD if it wasn't so expensive and rare these days. I'd probably watch a second one

Maybe I was just impossible to please given that I was obsessed with Street Fighter II during the Champion Edition / Turbo Era? "You must defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance."

But I just found the movie incredibly weak, even by the standards of the genre. Indeed, the only "good thing" that came to me as a result of that turkey was that I found out a college bud (and fellow SF geek) of mine had gone to see the film in the theater with a big group of friends. I never let him hear the end of it.

At least they can't do any more harm to Raul Julia.

The first one had Kylie Minogue, I wonder if she'll be back.
