I love the top movie of the year thread and while I have looked at all the threads by year, I was wondering if there was a top 25/50/100/whatever or if anyomne would be interested in doing this. I miss more movies than I see, and hating J6P flicks all the list I see on the net do not help me out much (usually I like or want to see 2 of the "top 10" list movies).
I wouldn't mind taking on this thread if someone could offer some help.

I think he means the big movies of each year. Just read the threads for each year. They contain every important film from each respective year. As for 2003 you can be reasonably sure that terminator 3, x-2, and Bruce Allsucky are going to suck, and I can tell you that Phone Booth sucks, and usually half the Oscar picks suck. Just look at the annual threads "Best of 19xx", the Oscar winners are hardly ever the best film of their year.
