Same here:

Although I have

The Wall
Momentary Lapse of Reason
Dark Side of the Moon
Wish You Were Here
Animals
The Final Cut

I have about 5 or 6 Tupac albums as well. When I was in my "all rap all the time" era. Still one of the best rappers, even though he is dead(?)

I have a lot of greatest hits albums therefore limiting my consumption of regular artists albums. Therefore one satisfies me fine.

Pink Floyd, on the other hand, is my favorite "classic" band.

Including cd singles and counting multidisc sets by the # of discs:

~70 CDs by Tori Amos (if I counted bootlegs, soundtracks, VA complaitions and other appearances it'd be over 130)

~30 by Siouxsie and the Banshees/The Creatures

~25 by The Cocteau Twins
~20 by Julianna Hatfield/Blake Babies
~20 by Bjork/Sugercubes

Then PJ Harvey, NIN and They Might Be Giants each are around 15 cds or so.

• Quoth bigbadpanda •
REM..........about 25 releases

Same here, except it's closer to 40 for me, and another 20 or so boots.

Counting boots, I have over 100 +Live+ CDs.

About 50 Sinatra, maybe more. Not sure, since there are a lot of compilations mixed in there.

And 89 of an artist who will go unnamed.

See also: Which bands do you have every album by?

I would say that the band of which I have the most albums is Black Sabbath. But I tend not to follow so many bands so closely and have many compilations and "best of"s etc.

(I also seem to have a good number of Rush CDs but I think that may have been, in part, because they were going cheap a while ago!)

Let's see...KISS (Before the recent bullsh**), Coop, Mode, Pearl Jam, Nirvana....

Actually my deepest 'secret' since I play 'Grunge' (NOT my choice of word...)

I have EVERY Beach Boys CD, LP, Import, Brian Wilson, and over 130 Neil Diamond recordings.

Heh.

And of course all of the obligatory punk bands.

I have mostly stuff by The Cure

70 official releases (cd's, cassettes, singles, vinyl, video)

about 82 bootlegs (cd's, vinyl, videos)

I need to go through my collection again and recount everything. I've added some stuff recently and need to redo my list.
