Huh?? American Pie Unrated on Fx?
Well at least according to the tv guide (not the best source of information btw, they said a while back when amc had a music festivil, that all movies would be uncut and widescreen when they were not). Here is what the tv guide website says
"Unrated version of the teen comedy features 20 extra seconds of footage and follows four high-school seniors who vow to lose their virginity by prom night." I thought it was more closer to a min. Since I enjoyed #2, I think I'll be at least taping this (supposing it is uncut and the unrated version).

I'm sure it is in the el cheapo section at blockbuster. Why not rent the VHS version there and then tape it off. It won't be edited or have commercials.

Okay my roommate and I rented this movie upon VHS release wanting to know if it was "unrated" (after both laughing our asses off at the theater). The only thing we noticed different than the theatrical release was the Jim mounted the pie on the kitchen counter rather than in the corner. Maybe a milisecond more of boobage from Shannon, but we are not talking "unrated".

Well here are the deleted stuff to make it unrated
I think the nudity is like maybe 5 seconds longer from what I hear. Its 20 seconds more all together.
A slightly different version of Jim humping the pie. The theatrical release included Jim's father catching him with the pie while standing near the counter in the kitchen. The unrated version shows Jim's father catching him laying on top of the pie on the bar in the kitchen.
An extra, more explicit shot of Kevin and the cup of beer. In the unrated version, the cup with semen in it is clear. In the R-rated version, the cup is slightly tinted yellow to make the semen less visible.
More graphic pages from "The Sex Bible".
More moaning from Vicki while Kevin puts the Bible to use.
Approximately 5 more seconds of Nadia pleasuring herself on Jim's bed.

Ah crap, it was rated and censored. Though I am surprised what they did get to show. (how bad is the FOX tv version.) Most of the Nadia nude scene was cut. We saw the taking off the bra, cut to Jim and the gang looking from the webcam. It looked like when they did cut back to her (to get the magazines) it looked awkerdly framed wierd, Also we sort of saw her pleasuring her self (just a head shot and we heard the moaning.) Since 24 came on, I turned it off. My favorite parts were when Jim's dad showed Jim the porno magazines and described them. Also when I think it was Finch giving his girl friend oral, then the dad comes up and she yells out "Oh, I'm coming" then the dad walks away.

Because for what ever reason, you can say more things on a network tv show that they have to edit out of for movies. I am surprised that most if not all the sexual references and scenes (not the Nadia scene of course) made it in with out cuts.
