Thanks! Only a couple possible buys for me this week, maybe a Brute Force preorder.

I hope that one of us does a thread like this every week. It really helps to have all the deals in one thread.

Last week I tried to get the Halo 2 preview/ demo disc for free but it rang up for $5 at the register. I guess if you want it for free you'll have to pre-order Brute Force. I'm pretty sure the (9) demos are the same as the $4.99 exhibition disc out right now.

Thanks!

Too bad no one is running giving away a free game with purchase of the GBA SP. Guess I missed out on those deals.

CompUSA is also advertising a Gamecube special. $50 when you buy a Gamecube and Metroid Prime. The paper shows the Cube costing only $99. Not sure if that's including paying for Metroid.

I saw that CompUSA "deal" also, but thought that it was very deceptive. Basically, if you buy a GC and Metroid, they'll take $50 off the price bringing the total down to $149. They've done stuff like this in the past which is why I didn't post it, since it's the same deal that every other retailer is doing.

This worked for me at BB w/ the $5 coupon. Just go to customer service, do the pricematch, then hand them the coupon and your card/cash. Total price less than $30.

I thought about waiting since it's bound to get a price drop when Halo 2 comes out if not before, but I really want to play this linked. So now I have 2 copies of Halo and 2 xboxes. Who wants to come over and systemlink thru legendary w/ me?

You're lucky. The SF BB will only do one: price match or $5 coupon.
