The Vice Academy Trilogy on DVD

These comical, garish and sexy comedies of the late-night sort have finally been released on DVD. I gave pause initially since they are brought out by Madacy but fear not, these are pretty good releases and probably the best these films are ever going to look. Granted, these are not THX-level but they look and sound good (much, much better than their original VHS releases).
There are also extras to be found: Quick but informative interviews with director/creator Rick Sloane and bubbly actress Jayne Hamil who plays Miss Devonshire. Each film comes with its own trailer and there are filmographies for the main actors in the films (Linnea Quigley, Ginger Lynn Allen and Elizabeth Kaitan among them).
Each disc has a director commentary listed, but my Pioneer player couldn't locate them - perhaps an error of some sort?
Either way, the films are fun to re-watch and I recommend buying them!
I purchased on-line for about 10.95 each. $14.95 is the MSRP.
