SNL Reruns??

I noticed that the past couple of weekends SNL has been showing reruns. Is the season over or is it because of the war?

They do this quite often. New shows, repeats, new show. There will be a new show this Saturday.

It'll be interesting to see how they address the war in the skits.

Who's the guest host/hostess?

Bernie Mac hosts Saturday Night Live with musical guest Good Charlotte.

Never heard of Good Charlotte.

I finally got to see the Jennifer Garner hosted show, and it was pretty funny. While I did notice she was peeking at the cue cards, her voice inflections were much better than the average SNL guest host.

I also re-watched the Salma Hayek one, and her ads against "Chicago" were simply hilarious.

They have a song out right now called: Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.

It's an attack on just how detached Hollywood stars are from mainstream America. Check it out, pretty cool song.

good charlotte aren't huge, yet, so it looks like they'll probably perform this. catchy hook, just hope they don't go poppy like so many other alternative bands.

Don't you know, there are only about 6 new SNL episodes a season.

When I used to watch it, it always seemed a new episode was on, they'd have the promo for the next one and it always seemed that the announcer would say, "In 3 weeks, we'll return live with host......." THen the next new one they would say about the same thing. Hardly ever a new one. Annoyed the crap out of me.

If you want better Good Charlotte, get the self titled debut album. Plus, they have sort of like a cult following in the maryland dc area.
