2002 AIAS award winners

The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences had its award ceremonies yesterday (the Oscars for video games). Here are the winners. I'm kind-of surprised by the fact that just about every popular game got an award.

? Is Battlefield 1942 that good of a game? I didn't hear that much about it.

Battlefield is amazing. A few surprises, but not many shockers.

Strange that they gave game of the year to Battlefield 1942, but Computer first-person action game of the year to MOH:AA.
