This movie came out in the late 80's to early 90's and was from somewhere is eastern europe. It was about this gypsy boy who had telekenetic powers. There was 1 scene where he uses his telekenetic powers to pick up a fork and stab someone with it. There was also a very nice scene which a whole bunch of candles are floating down a river during a night scene. That's about all I can remember about the movie. Would appreciate it if someone can name this movie for me since I forgot the name. I think the name might be something like "King of the Gypsy" or something similar, but not sure.

The film is Time of the Gypsies by Emir Kusturica. Here were my old notes on the film. It's my favorite Kusturica film, followed by Underground and Black Cat, White Cat. When Father Was Away on Business is pretty good too.
