www.gamefaqs.com is good for FAQ and Walkthroughs.
The forums are pretty crappy (lot of young kids posting), but sometimes you can learn soemthing new/interesting.

yeah, i like this. you see a lot of deals and no stupid bashes against consoles. gamefaqs is rampant with 10 year olds and ign boards are decent, but you need to pay for it. the free 'vestibule' board is a rampage. it is fairly good for laughs though

People in this forum are much more mature than, say, gaming-age.
BUT, I do think that gaming-age has more hardcore gamers. Not to take anything away from this forum, but some members seem to care more about progressive scan and HDTV capabilities of video gaming rather than the actual games themselves.
